ALL 2027 GUESTS MUST REGISTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL - NO GROUP BOOKINGS ACCEPTED. YOU WILL STILL BE ABLE TO SELECT A MULTI-OCCUPANCY PACKAGE, BUT EVERY INDIVIDUAL MUST HAVE A SEPARATE WETRAVEL ACCOUNT TO MANAGE THEIR BOOKING.

We are only offering 4-night packages for ETS Mexico 2027. Guests are welcome to arrive on Thursday or Friday, but regardless of arrival date, the price is the same. 

Destination Airports:

*Tulum International Airport (TQO) || 25-45 min drive to accommodations

**Cancun International Airport (CUN) || 1.5-2 hour drive to accommodations

Cancellation requests must be in writing. If you need to cancel your reservation, please email us at info@etsreloaded.com.

ALL INITIAL DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. 

Cancellations requested prior to final date designated on the website will be considered for a partial refund, less the deposit amount paid based on total payment on file at the time of the request.

Any request to amend or change a booking once it has been confirmed will be subject to availability. Please email all changes for approval (include all parties involved) to info@etsreloaded.com.

All packages must be paid in full at the time of booking, or in timely increments on an established payment plan. Late and/or missed payments are subject to cancellation of the reservation. 

No refunds will be issued for NO SHOWS regardless of attendance issues due to illness, death, denied entry, deportation, canceled/delayed flights, and/or problems with any other means of transportation. We encourage you to protect your trip with an optional travel insurance policy.
