The ETS staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and the hotel was perfect to host all events on the property. The surprise artists took the ETS experience to another level!  Excellent job!!!

The trip was really nice.  Everything was organized from registration to the events to the communication from staff. Hospitality staff was very professional and made sure that everyone was having a great time. Suprised performances, after parties all amazing. Looking forward to next year.
One Suggestion for the near future is looking into All Inclusive resorts.

Another fantastic trip with amazing people. Exceptional customer service from beginning to end. All hands were on deck the entire weekend. This year's events and production were like no other. So good it make you want to smack ya mama, Elroy 😂. This isn't a quiet vacation, this is a we outside getaway. At least 700 folks and we were all cousins was everything. The ETS staff was sooo friendly and welcoming. The DJs were excellent except the one from Duval (😐). Jessica and Bri were very hospitable and such a good vibe whenever they came around. I like during the days was for us to do as we pleased. DJ Xman kept us entertained by the pool. All the parties were turnt. Everday from 6pm to 4am it was time to turn up. Bring young jock back to be a co-host. Didn't like the food at the hotel not one red cent. Didn't like the locals with all the begging but this their country. We held our own with our "no, mas tardes" .  In the end all I really have to say is nothing less was expected from FAM goddam U alright alright alright. 🧡💚

For over 700 people, this trip was extremely well organized.  I've been on group trips of 20 or less people that weren't this organized.  When they say you will receive an email 30 days out.  Boom, there it is on day 30.  The check in process was quick and easy.  The events seem to be non-stop, but there is time in between for naps.  lol.  

The hotel was conveniently located.  The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.  Entertainment was top of the line.  

Go to experience at least once!

Honestly, this was my 1st & best group travel experience hands down! @escapethestates1 had their business s**t together. We were greeted and guided from the airport to check in @ the hotel. The vibes were UNMATCHED! A time was definitely had. There wasn’t a single miss with each event and theme. All my Cousins/Classmates understood the assignment and executed them perfectly. The DJs had everyone off their ssa and on their feet! 

As a first-timer to Escape the States i had a wonderful time. The organization was on point. The customer service was great and the amenities did not disappoint. I am already booked to attend next year!

1000/10 ETS 2025 was the absolute best trip out of all of them that I attended. 2025 was for sure my redemption year and the surprises blew everything out of the park! I had good time every event was fun, CTG is not beautiful place though to me. Everything was organized this was my fourth year was surprised with the guest performances as well.

From the time we arrived until the time we departed, a time was had!  There is nothing negative that I can say about ETS ‘25.  This event went seamlessly.  Every event planned was one for the books.  My favorite class was the Blue Luau.  Will be back in class for
ETS ‘27.  Final Grade = A+

This trip was nothing short of AMAZING! From the moment I stepped off the bus, everything was smooth sailing...from check in to check out. Thanks for making my trip a memorable one. Not too mention the color codes themes...chefs kids. Until next time 💕

#ETS25 was an absolutely amazing 👏🏾 experience!!! As an incoming freshmen and new to the ETS family, this vacation exceeded my expectations. From the reasonable payment plan, group chats with cousins, meeting and invite reminders to the start of the trip everything was well organized, timely and efficient. Special thank you to the team for all of their hard work helping with check- in, hotel accommodations, events and just pure hospitality! Overall 20/10 great experience and will definitely be back for Sophomore year!!! 

Top tier experience, one of, if not the best trips I’ve been on. Everything was seamless! Staff was accommodating & hospitable! Events were well planned & executed! A time was most certainly had!

Let me start off by saying this was by far the most well put together trip of my 5 trips. Though I believe the first trip to the DR was the best lol, this trip was close, just saying that due to the fact this was the 5th year and corrections had been made from the previous 4. 

The event themes were on point. The EL Luau Azul (The Blue Au) "Luau" was the best. It was the most interactive event, had the best vibe and I truly believe even without Young Joc, this event was a success. The most improved event was the Cafe Del Rojo (The Red Brunch). The previous years the brunches were outside with limited seating. The past two years (in Aruba) the brunch was held at the Fat Tuesdays, and we had the purchase the meals, but this year y'all provided the meal and enough seating for everyone. That did not go unnoticed by the ones who have been here for a while. The late-night events were also well thought of. Those events gave members something to do instead of just calling it a night every night at 12am. 

The staff was awesome to me (like always), except for one member, which I will get to in a little. With the amount of time, thought and effort but into the entire trip, I tip my hat to the staff. From the check in process to making sure everyone had the best time they could have at every event. Hell, I believe there should be a way, the staff could be award or recognized besides the well-deserved recognition given by Willie and Bo. Maybe a way to tip them or something. 

The hotel and its staff were amazing. They took on over 700 of us and didn't back down. I felt like we were genially liked and wanted at the hotel, and not just for our business ($).  The rooms were clean, lobby stayed clean, and the eating areas were very clean as well. 

My Issue:
I was having an amazing time during the trip, until about 2 hours into the Blue Luau. As I was standing in my VIP section, I was approached by a staff member (later identified as Jessica Grant). Jessica walked over and says," why are you in this section, how did you get this section". I told her this is where my group was placed by a staff. I then reached down for the laminated sheet of paper that had my name and the word "Reserved" on it. As I reached for the paper, Jessica reached down and swiped my arm (making physical contact) away from the paper. I reach back down, retrieved the paper and show her my name that's on the paper. Jessica then says, "this is a staff section, this is not your section". I told her this is where we were placed by one of her other staff members. She then walks off made and sits at the VIP section directly next to mine, which had been unoccupied for the 2 h ours prior to her approaching me.  I have been with ETS from day one and I have been through all the trials and tribulations and at no point had I ever been approached by a staff member like Jessica did or have I ever been physically touched by a staff member or any other person. I made contact with staff member "Bre" and advised her of what had just occurred, and she advised she would talk with Jessica and go from there. Moments later, Bre returned and told me Jessica apologized for what had happened. The night and the event were going so well, and I wasn't going to let the incident with Jessica ruin the night, so I just went on about my night and decided to just address the issue with the Deans (Bo and Willie) at the end of the trip. 

But I guess Jessica did not let the incident go. The only sectioned events left were the Fiesta En Blanco (All White Party) and the Amarilla Suvae (Mellow Yellow Pool Party). The All White Party was the very next day. I noticed Jessica was fully involved in the VIP sections when I went to the table to retrieve the bottles for the section. My group was seated in the furthest corner, with no lights and no view of the dance floor and a distant view of the stage. One of the members in my group complained and we were relocated to a section that was entirely better than what was originally provided. I started to think this seating was done on purpose, due to Jessica having the issue with me the night before.

The icing to the cake was when I arrived at the Amarilla Suvae (Mellow Yellow Pool Party).  Upon arriving to the VIP table to be escorted to the section, the staff member (unknown named female) told me my section was "over there" as she pointed towards the second pool area that was near the host station where the hotel employee was issuing towels. AS me and my wife were being escorted to the area, we were stop by another staff member (male), who said, " is this Roddrick". The lady escorting us said yes. The male then said," his section is over there", as he was pointing in the same area as the staff member told me when I arrived. When the staff member who was escorting us, arrived at the area where my section was supposed to be, she said, " you're supposed to be here, I guess someone moved you". She then proceeded to walk to the third pool, that was the furthest from the pool party. As a matter of fact, the section that she was now taking me too was closer to the beach than the actual pool party. In my heart I believed I was being singled out by Jessica. This was the second straight night / event that my section was the furthest away from the actual event. As I was sitting in the section, the young lady in the section next to me gets my attention and says, " You're right, they moved your section, I was sitting here and there were a group of girls where your section is and they complained to the female staff member and they swabbed the sheet with your name on it with there's". I asked who did the swap and the young lady replied, "a staff member". 

The first two events (Rally De Karaoke and Blue Luau) where we had a section, we were seated near the actual event and had a great time. We weren't seated directly in the front for those events, but we seemed to have been seated fairly, since we know we had purchased the second-best package (Pre Check) not the Global Entry. 

I believe Jessica Grant let her feeling and emotions impact her job. She did not seem to have the best customer service skills, and I've heard others say the same. Maybe they will share their experience with her, as well. 

I will note that I tried to explain what was going on and how I was feeling to a staff member at the mellow yellow pool party, and I used some profanity. I never said anything directly to Jessica Grant, but the profanity was about her.  I never made any threats, just some profanity. I was not loud when I said it to the staff member, not bellingerite and was very sober at the time of the incident. I'm human and at some point, enough is enough and I spoke how I felt at the time. When you see the progression and improvement of a trip you have attended now 5 years and was having a damn good time, only for it to be foreshadowed by someone you had never met in your life, that got to me.  

My wife and I have nothing but love for the staff, all the people who attended and of course Willie and Bo. I honestly did not want to be involved in a VIP section, due to have some sort of issue all 4 of the previous years, but my wife and her friend's (the other people seated in the section) asked me to take care everything due to be familiar with process of obtaining the section. I should have just gone with my gut feeling. Had I done so, this trip would have been the best I 've been on in my 41 years on this earth. It was still a good one though and my wife and I will see y'all next year. 

The overall trip was great. However the pool party was very disappointing. The people who paid for sections should've been closer to the pool. We did not receive our bottle nor did they make the rum punch and bring it so essentially we paid for nothing and just gave away money for the pool party section. Some of the staff was great especially Bre she should teach a class to the other staff about customer service she was awesome! Fatimah was also very nice, helpful, and friendly! Then there were some staff who were not so friendly. If they are wearing a staff shirt they should be friendly and welcoming (or at least pretend to be) and if they have attitudes  then they shouldn't be apart of the staff.

I had such an amazing time. It was EVERYTHING! Cant wait till next year.

Hands down one of my best international trips to date!! Very well organized, presentation was top tier, entertainment was on point,  vibes endless, very tasteful and well put together!! Bo Weezy & NPN definitely made their mark with this one!! Can’t wait to see what they have in store for the future of ETS!!

This was top 3 in my book, if not the best trip ever! I had the time of my life!!! Thank You for making this trip memorable. The staff was so helpful, patient and courteous. I’m definitely coming back next year ETS 2026 put me in!!! 

‘Escape The States’ is by FAR the BEST group trip that I’ve been on. The organizers are amazing, the staff is professional and the people are so welcoming! Customer service this year was top notch! This is the kind of trip you can take solo, with the girls or with a bae. The most common issue I have on other group trips are the subpar DJs, but that is the least of your worries at ETS. Florida’s BEST DJs are on deck to provide you with the VIIIIIIIIIBES. So save your money, get your twerk knees ready and c’mon!

A time was had. The production, the themes, the host, the dj’s, the crew, npn, the cousins were excellent!!! Gets better and better every year.

This was amazing well planned trip I can honestly say say that y’all put your heart and soul into it i’m glad that I had the experience of enjoying myself the group showed much enthusiasm and professionalism. I had an amazing time overall. I must say tho the seating accommodations for those who didn’t purchase VIP was very disappointing. Seemed as though we we left out to find seating. When attempting to do so staff member Jessica was very rude and not comforting of anyone trying to accommodate themselves. 
Also I think that excursions should be included for everyone to attend as part of the event
